FRYE Women's Belted Harness MuleReviewsFRYE Women's Belted Harness Mulei got this mule and it was rather heavy and clobby when i walked. I ordered the tan color. I am sorry, this was about the ugliest shoe i have ever bought. My foot kept on sliding back over the little leather heel when i walked and it was very uncomfortable. Sent back, of course. I own a pair of Frye boots and love them so I thought the harness mule would be a good choice. They may very well be a good choice, but not for me. They are fairly heavy and too narrow - not the same fit as my boots. I had them stretched a bit so that improved them but not enough for me to wear them comfortably for any length of time. One of my favorite items. I love these Frye belted harness mules! Great quality and looks. This is my second pair. My shoemaker lost the original pair which I brought in for unevenly worn heels. They were great! I wore them a great deal and was not easy on them. They "broke in" and molded to my feet nicely. This second pair seems to be taking exceptionaly long to soften up, but I love them just the same. Great look, versitile. Right out of the box these shoes were perfect! I loved the look of the shoe and knowing they were Frye's, decided to endulge myself. I hesitated to wear them at first because I thought I'd need to break them in. However, the first time I did I wore them for at least 11 hours straight and my feet felt great! I would say the sizing is accurate. I usually take a 7.5 but sometimes need to push to an 8. I ordered 7.5 in the Fryes and they feel like they were custom fit for me. Average Rating:  |

Two Mules for Sister SaraReviewsPeople are often far too snotty about their reviews. A movie is supposed to entertain. This movie entertains. I think there is great chemistry between Eastwood and MacLaine. There is not a dull moment in this film. For anyone that loves a great Western movie, this is it!! If you love Clint Eastwood, this is it!! If you love Shirley Maclaine, this is it!! Plus,the score is so reminiscent of The Good, The Bad and the Ugly. How could you go wrong? Have always loved the movie and am pleased to have it in DVD format for viewing at any time! IT WAS GOOD THEN (WHEN THEY MADE IT ) IT IS STILL GOOD ! I just love the old Clint Eastwood movies. In the desert Clint Eastwood runs into a nun that he decides to help. The nun turns out to be a saloon girl, bordello type, that adds a nice twist to this movie. I like to watch it time and time again. Fun movie! Clint Eastwood and Shirley Mclaine are quite the pair in this wonderful western. The scenery is terrific and the action is fun to watch. We don't have great actors like these two or Brian Keith or Burt Lancaster or Lee Marvin or Jason Robards that made believable westerns. I am glad I have a piece of the good old days with this movie in my collection. Average Rating: |
