I use it 3 -4 times a week; the Halter has gotten softer with the horse's body heat, I used a lot of leather care before the first use. Good value for the money, I would buy it again! was very happy with the product and the customer service. when i inquired as t0 the status of my order that was supposed to be shipped on the 23 and i hadn't received yet they sent me another one and i revieced it in two days. i still haven't received the first one.
